Decreased Interests

As in decreased energy, it’s important to determine if a person has decreased interest in previously enjoyed activities. For example a favorite TV show, musical or other artist, activity or time with a favorite person. Causes of this symptom vary and are frequently mental health in nature, but can include medical illness, substance use, etc. It is important to get an expert assessment of the decreased interests – if it is present.
