Decreased Energy

Real causes of decreased energy range from medical illness to mental illness to substance use and emotional fatigue. As well, we need to be clear that we are speaking about decreased energy for things we like to do. Obviously many – if not most - of us would beg off cleaning our homes if we could get someone else to do it by declaring we were “too tired”. It is important to get an expert assessment of decreased energy – if it is present.
